Regular & Firm after Folding into The Folding Box Shape
When folding into boxes, folding boxes are not regular and firm? You should use some of the solutions below:
- Optimize the structure, each size of panel should be correct and suitable.
- The moisture content of greyboard should be controlled at 8%-12%. If the box is large, it’s better to use high-density greyboard.
- Magnets are strong enough and are aligned in position.
- The precision of V-groove is not high, and not every panel must be done with V-groove.
- The carton packaging inside should have a desiccant and an anti-moisture bag while shipping, especially by ocean.
Are Your Magnets in Folding Boxes Easy to Fall Off?
Have your customers complained about the magnets in your folding boxes being prone to falling off? That’s because your folding boxes had some quality problems below:
- The depth of the magnet groove is low, which should be 0.2 mm more than the thickness of the magnet; for example, for magnets with a thickness of 1.0 mm, the depth of the groove should be 1.2 mm.
- The magnets are wrongly attached, resulting in suck it up unsuccessfully.
- The glue for magnets is not heat-resistant.
- There is too much dust on the greyboard.

Q 1: Are Your Folding Boxes Easy to Loosen?
No. Because our boxes are folded by creasing lines, the structures are meticulously designed to fit together perfectly, and magnets, ribbons, and paperboards are made into closures.
Q 2: How Many Times Can Your Folding Boxes Be Used?
They should be judged by the bonding way:
- With double-sided adhesive tapes, they can be used only once.
- With 4 magnets, they can be used many times.
- With an extra 2 pieces of rigid cardboard, they can be used about 10 times.
Q 3: How Much Weight Can Your Folding Boxes Hold?
They’ll be judged according to the material and structure:
- Made of corrugated paper, they can hold not less than 10 kgs.
- Made of ivory or kraft paper, they can hold not less than 3 kgs.
- Made of rigid cardboard, they can hold more than 10 kgs.
- Made of PVC or PE, they can hold more than 15 kgs.
