Paper Bag by Feature
Whether it’s art paper, ivory paper, kraft paper, etc., it should be more than 150 gsm to make your brand high-class. If it’s deep plain-color printing, it should be anti-scratch lamination to protect your designs and brand reputation.
Any kind of paper can be chosen, and it’s better to do some finishes such as 3D patch, hot stamping, and glitter with different rope handles based on your designs.

Paper Bag Handles - Strong, Durable & Good Tear Resistance
Did you have an experience of paper bag handle breaks or product drops? That’s bad for your brand image. Matrix can use some solutions below to make them strong, durable, and have good tear resistance.
- Add reinforced cardboard to the paper bag’s top and bottom to enhance tear resistance.
- If your handles are knotted or have plastic tips, it’s better to add eyelets to avoid knots or plastic tips falling off.
- If you’d like to load more weight, the handles with hot-melt glue are the best solution.
- Use strong & durable handles, such as PP rope, cotton/satin/grosgrain/polyester/herringbone ribbon, or twisted paper handles.

They’re often simple kraft paper bags with plain-color printing and twisted or flat paper handles.
